Alabama Energy Firm was the highest donor to incoming Home Speaker Nathaniel Ledbetter (R-Rainsville)’s Political Motion Committee (PAC) in 2022.
Alabama Energy Firm donated $30,000 to Ledbetter’s Alabama Home majority PAC on Jan. 10, in response to a serious contributions report filed by the PAC with the workplace of the Alabama secretary of state.
The donation was the biggest donation PAC has acquired in 2022.
The Alabama Home majority PAC was registered with the state in July 2017. Ledbetter is listed as PAC chairman. Arlan Lamar Blevins is appointed Treasurer. The listed objective of the PAC is to “assist the election of conservative Republican candidates to the Alabama Home of Representatives.”
