ALTON — Taylor Steele and the Love Preachers will carry out on the Conservatory, 554 E. Broadway, in Alton from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, November 12.
Taylor Steele and the Love Preachers are an American five-piece band with a robust singer/songwriter as their driving power. Primarily based in Effingham, they carry out a robust mix of roots rock with soul, nation, blues, funk and jam influences. The band performs authentic music written by 22-year-old rhythm guitarist and vocalist Taylor Steele, together with their interpretations of the music of their favourite artists.
The band consists of lead vocals, acoustic resonator and electrical telecaster by Taylor Steele, lead guitar and vocals by James Stewart, bass and vocals by Garrett Burris, drums and vocals by Kyle Heynen and keyboards by Nick Szwedo.
