ST. PAUL — Gov. Tim Walz and Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan on Tuesday introduced greater than $20 million in funding for small cities, townships and counties in Minnesota. Small Cities Improvement Program (SCDP) grants can be used for infrastructure and rehabilitation initiatives in 34 cities, townships and counties in Minnesota.
